Title: Cyberspace Policy Analyst                       

Location: Fort Meade, MD

Clearance: TS/SCI w/polygraph

Overview:

Invictus is seeking experienced Cyberspace Policy Analysts with superior writing skills and an in-depth understanding of existing joint cyberspace policies. Duties will directly impact how the DoD conducts cyber space operations by working closely with the client and provide thought leadership on cyberspace operations and shape key strategy, policy, doctrine, and campaign documents so they are understood and incorporated into traditional military operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, analysis, development, and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine for cyberspace operations at the national, DoD, service, and command levels
  • Publicly present policy, doctrine, and strategy concepts in a training environment
  • Plan and prepare for substantive interactions with researchers and policy makers by providing background support and document current status of activities for papers and presentations
  • Provide substantive content for the development of reports and briefings on policy, strategy, and doctrine activities
  • Provide substantive content for policy formulations on cyberspace issues and research authorities, concerns, and equities to ensure accurate representation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Cyberspace policy analyst or a related functional area
  • Experience conducting research and analysis and contributing to the coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine for Cyberspace operations
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with high level government officials
  • Experience with developing reports and briefings on policy, strategy, and doctrine activities
  • Experience analyzing policies on Cyberspace issues and researching authorities, concerns, and equities to ensure accurate representation
  • Knowledge of existing Joint Cyberspace policies
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Experience providing background support and the current status for documents and presentations
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Qualified candidates must be a US citizen with a current TS/SCI w/polygraph clearance
