Primary Duties: The International Systems Intelligence Mission Applications Training Coordinator/Instructor will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an innovative, flexible and timely training program that provides training on operational IT solutions, applications, and services. The training program shall offer training in multiple formats and venues that allow for widespread and flexible dissemination of training materials and services. The Training Coordinator/Instructor shall develop and implement a program familiarization training plan and develop standard operating procedures. Will be a subject matter expert on several intelligence mission applications and with past experience using them. Responsible for implementing training solutions tailored to meet the needs of the customer as well as developing formal training, online training, desk-side training, and small collaborative sessions. Incorporate training for new applications and services as they become available on the program network. The Training Coordinator shall determine the best type of training to fit the requirement, such as traditional classroom (instructor led), online computer based, or desk-side sessions. The Training Coordinator/Instructor will travel to partner nations to lead instruction on these applications.
Experience: Candidate must have prior intelligence analysis experience and possess 3-5 years of experience with training including assessing and analyzing training needs for clients and employees. Candidate must have experience using several DoD intelligence applications supporting analysis, collection management and production management. Experience in the use of various training aides to accommodate different work environments. Experience in a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, and desk side training. Prior experience with international systems desired.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; intelligence analysis experience; knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles; working knowledge of training methodologies; strong communication skills.
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with CI polygraph.
Work location: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling DIAC.
