Primary Duties: Provides overall management of projects performed supporting international systems. These projects may cover software development, business process engineering, and functional capabilities. Performs program/project management and oversight duties to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logistical, integration and financial aspects of program and supporting projects. Candidate will be the primary contact point for all programmatic issues/concerns/status. Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that incorporates all international systems projects into one consolidated view that
depicts the overall program schedule status. Utilize Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and best practices in the program and project management activities under this PWS to include management and oversight for all phases of the program/project lifecycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource, Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk. The incumbent will keep the government apprised of all risks associated with a project related to time, scope, and cost.
Experience: Possess demonstrated experience in managing a globally dispersed workforce. Possess knowledge and experience managing tasks identified supporting International Systems to include software development, systems engineering, business process engineering, customer relationship management, project management, financial management, change management, risk management and IT service management.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Have a minimum of 3-7 years in program management experience. PMP certification is not required, but desirable.
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with CI polygraph.
Work location: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling DIAC.
