Title: Aviation LNO

Location: Fort Meade, MD

Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly

Responsibilities:

• Understand Marine Corps Aviation (MCA) related SIGINT/EW efforts to include, but not limited to, doctrine, strategy, and policies of employment for MCA elements
• Coordinate SIGINT/EW efforts for collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination Support alignment of appropriate authorities and guidelines for SIGINT/EW exploitation Collaborate on existing or developing oversight and compliance procedures for Aerial SIGINT/EW
• Understand Marine Corps training and equipment procurement procedures
• Coordinate with Fleet and supporting establishment in the development of aerial SIGINT/EW capabilities and practices, unifying efforts where possible
• Coordinate with Marine Corps and Intelligence Community stakeholders in the acquisition and development of equipment and capabilities for emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Maintain persistent awareness of current and developing adversary technologies, capabilities, and threats to inform Aerial SIGINT/EW efforts
• Maintain awareness of developments within the Aviation and Information communities with regards to capabilities, equipment, and practices
• Provide subject matter expertise to the development and refinement of policy and doctrine for the inclusion of MCA based intelligence assets into holistic SIGINT/EW expertise within the Marine Corps and the Intelligence Community
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
