Title: Technical Lead - Program Architecture

Location: Alexandria, VA

Clearance: TS/SCI with a CI polygraph

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews enterprise architecture deliverables
• Direct and participate in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development
• Apply high-level business and technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at creative engineering solution
• Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
• Understand, embrace, and implement IC business transformation, processes, and structures
• Develop and tailor architecture briefings and responses to DNI, OMB and other senior IC executives
• Utilize extensive knowledge to develop and execute the enterprise architecture, transition plans, services, strategies and roadmaps
• Liaise with external organizations to gain knowledge with other enterprise architectures

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in a STEM-related technical field with 8 years of relevant experience; master's degree with 10 years of related experience, bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, associate's degree with 14 years of experience, or high school diploma with 16 years of experience
• GSE, CISA, GCIH, or CISSP required
• TS/SCI with a CI polygraph
